Trevor Kollis

Let me quickly introduce my self. I’m part owner of Pro Lawn and Landscape in Sioux Center, IA. This takes up a lot of my time in the spring, summer, as well as the fall. On the contrary, in the winter we typically only work 40 hours a week. Working less in the winter gifted me the opportunity to flip a house.( September of 2019-May Of 2020). As well as purchase a duplex (June 2020). I have fallen in love with the idea of real estate. It’s amazing to watch ideas come to fruition. I am here to learn as much as I possibly can from both people with more and less experience then me! In my free time I like to hike, workout, and snowmobile.
