Trey Foradory

My name is Trey and I am currently located in Grand Forks, ND. I originally got interested in Real Estate Investing in January, 2016 and have been educating myself and learning constantly. Several years ago I started out with wholesaling in Denver and in Houston with a friend, and completed 5 wholesale transactions. I took some time off due to training/school requirements and am currently diving back in by refreshing and increasing my knowledge in real estate and specifically acquiring and managing rental units. Experience: Currently, the only experience I have are the 5 wholesale transactions I have conducted or been a part of. Real Estate Goals: I plan on analyzing potential rental property acquisitions so I will be more in tune with what is a good deal when I choose to acquire my first rental property. Currently Seeking: Like most others, I'm always interested in meeting like minded individuals to learn from and share ideas with.
