Tricia is Broker/Owner of Manara Properties LLC, a full-service real estate brokerage serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix metro. With 19 years in real estate and a Master's in Finance, she brings a numbers-first, analytical approach to every deal — a mindset shaped by her prior 20-year career in accounting. She's one of the first AI-Certified Real Estate Agents in the country (Krem Institute of Artificial Intelligence) and built her brokerage's proprietary AI Listing Advantage™ system. Tricia is also Past President of the Women's Council of Realtors and founder of Dream Seeker Homes, a 501(c)(3) affordable housing nonprofit.
