About myself
Closed on 2nd duplex April 30, 2020. Yes Pandemic slowed us down, but got it done! I grew up in a 2 family home that my parents owned and I helped them manage. I bought my first 2 family in 1985, house hacked it and still have it today. I am currently under contract on my 2nd duplex.
