Tristan Brenner

I'm 32 years old and have been married to my wife since 2012. We have 2 young boys that are full of life and energy. My family is the most important thing in my life and I want my kids to grow up learning our values. Since we had our first son my wife has cut her work schedule in half and been the foundation of our home and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I work full time but my job allows me 4-5 days off a week to focus on family and other interest. I have always been interested in real estate since I was young and can see the positive effects it can have on people’s lives. I grew up with family in construction and worked in the construction industry for years after high school developing my knowledge in the trades. Over the past years I have done a few flips and purchased some investment properties. Just recently this year I finished up my first new construction custom home build. This project opened my eyes and gave me my “One Thing”. I want to specialize in new construction multifamily investment properties 4 units or smaller and build a portfolio to create passive income.
