I am a recent college graduate, currently working as an engineer for a construction management company in the Columbus, OH area. Real estate has been an interest of mine for a while. Now that I am getting into a better financial situation, I would really like to start taking the steps to becoming an active investor. Initially, I want to start out flipping houses alongside working my full-time job.
