In 2000, I started in the Real Estate industry as a part time leasing agent at a Multifamily housing firm. Within two years, I was Regional Manager of 16 Properties with a total of 3,000 units. In the companies portfolio of 56 properties, I would get the bottom performing properties until they were rehabbed and leased up, and performing assets. Then I would transition into the worst performing assets again. Currently, I work in a subset of Commercial Real Estate called Corporate Real Estate, working with a team of 900+ team members to manage the portfolio of an International Financial Company.
