I am the sole owner of Silverstar Investments, LLC - buy/hold and fix/flip company in Kansas City, MO. Under that, I hold my REALTOR license, hung with Think Realty Real Estate Services. Experience: Professionally, I have been working with real estate investors and private lenders since 2013. I have connections on both sides and I enjoy facilitating deal flow. Personally, I have created my own buy and hold/rental company to help more KC families get into homes they may not otherwise. I obtained my Realtor license in Jan 2017 to assist with this, along with helping clients who are wanting to buy or sell a home in the KC area. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to acquire rental properties to help struggling families in KC obtain the "American Dream". I'd like to have 5+ within the first few years, and grow to a full portfolio within 10 years. Currently Seeking: I am seeking to network with Real Estate professionals all over the country.
