I work hard and love what I do at my day job, but I am quickly realizing I won't be able to outwork my family's financial goals and needs (thanks, Rich Dad Poor Dad!). I am ready to put my money to work for me through real estate assets! Experience: My only experience is in my own personal home. The good news is, I have learned a lot through the process and I love it! It's time to build some business around real estate. I really wish I'd known about the house hacking idea when I was younger and prior to having a family, but I'm thinking there is still a way to make it work... Real Estate Goals: I want to set up a financially free future for myself and my family through the acquisition of SFH, MFH, smaller (10-50) apartment complexes, and/or mobile home parks.
