Tyler Austin

Hello! My name is Tyler Austin and I am 22 Years old. I work full time in the US Air Force. I have been working on Niche Websites for awhile , and toying around with other Stock Investments, Roth, etc. I have been looking at property in areas that I have been stationed for the last four years. Ideally Alaska, and now North Dakota. I was scared to get into Real estate investing at such a young age but after making more rank , and some life skills I am wanting to get out there. I am in the planning stage , trying to figure out what money I need for start-up, and what loans to use etc. But I know I want to do rentals/multi family, focusing in target areas.
