I spent 15 years in the construction industry in Utah and California. I have bought and sold multiple personal properties over the years, and feel well versed in both the construction process, as well as the real estate process. I recently have relocated to Lexington, Kentucky from Southern California, and feel given my past experience I am in a good spot with my knowledge, and a little bit of extra capital to allow me to ramp up my real estate investing. I am relatively new to investing, but feel I am in a good spot for when the right deal comes around. I love to analyze deals and get into the numbers, and am probably a little bit too conservative with some of my metrics, but until I get a few more deals under my belt I feel that is the best approach for me.
