Hey! I'm an 18 year old from Portland, OR, and I'm new to the real estate scene. I am looking to start multiple flows of passive income when the opportunity presents itself. Markets that interest me include anywhere in the Pacific Northwest (OR/WA), Boise, Las Vegas, and Reno. I’m in no hurry to buy my first property, especially given the current state of the world and the fact that I’m still building capital. Multi-families and house hacking interest me the most, and I’m more interested in buying rental properties as opposed to flipping.
