I bought my first starter home to live in, then moved, and turned it into a rental property. I purchased my second home as a short sale (to live in), and I personally remodeled and updated just about the whole house. I'm looking to expand my real estate footprint through rehabs/flips. Experience: I have one rental property. Real Estate Goals: I want to flip 2 homes this year. Currently Seeking: I'm looking for a property to flip, and a lender to help me flip it.
