Hello BiggerPockets Members! I am a new Real Estate Investor based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Currently, I have been house hacking a house while I continue to educate myself on REI and save up for my next deal. Ideally, my next deal I would like to either develop a small multi-family (2-4 units) or purchase a small multi-family property. I joined the BiggerPockets community to seek further knowledge in the world of real estate and connect with other like minded people to build future business relationships in hopes of helping each other in the marathon of building passive income.
