Hi everyone, my name is Tyler Hubarth, and I, along with my wife, Racheal, are part time real estate investors while also working full time jobs. We currently own 2 buy and holds and are looking to pick up a 3rd very soon. We're currently looking to invest in areas north of Nashville as well as south central Kentucky.
