Hello my name is Tyler. You can see me on the W Network show Game of Homes! I am a passionate real estate investor with experience in rentals and flipping. I am working on a transition to full time investor and I am hoping to meet some like minded people who have made the step! Experience: Currently five houses, three single dwelling two duplex. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to build $15k in passive income in the next five years. I plan to do this by buying high quality homes in the GTA that cash flow, using a mixture of BRRR, flips and saving I plan to use the equity, or forced appreciation, to continue buying houses. I also am considering buying houses within 2 hours of the GTA as the initial cost is lower to create the desired cash flow. Currently Seeking: Expanding portfolio and increasing monthly cash flow.
