My name is Tyler Rouse and I am a CPA located in the greater Sacramento area. I specialize in real estate financial reporting services but have a background in real estate taxation as well. I love researching and expanding my knowledge in all areas of real estate and am looking to buy my first rental property this year utilizing the BRRRR strategy on a multi-family property in IN or WI.
