I am fresh out of college (B.S. in International Business) and newly wed to my beautiful wife, Lauren, with a baby boy on the way. I have lived, studied, and travelled overseas. My plan is to live out of the country in Brazil one day and would like to set up extra income through rental properties here in the states while I am there. My family has owned rental property, both commercial and residential, since before I was born. I am very interested in learning anything I can about it and how to best utilize my strengths to benefit my family and future tenants.
