I am an Army Officer seeking to aggressively pursue REI to reach financial freedom. I focus on commercial multifamily investing and I'm currently a member of the Wheelbarrow Profits Multifamily Academy under Jake and Gino. I am seeking to buy 25-150 unit, B+ to C+ class commercial multifamily buildings in Johnson City, Knoxville, and Chattanooga TN, as well as Augusta and Savannah, GA. Purchase price of $3-$10 million.
