Hi Everyone! I'm blessed to have discovered this site. An amateur LTR/STR owner since 2018. Happy to share lessons learned and here to learn from others. Real Estate Goals: Continue to expand portfolio and cashflow to eventually be able to afford 5-10 unit cash flowing multi-family properties. My long term goals are long term holds and enough passive income to be financially independent and eventually retire. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking deals in the greater Atlanta area. Thanks.
