I live in North Augusta, SC and am interested in real estate investing. After reading many books and listening to countless podcasts, I took my first step by wholesaling a piece of property from the foreclosure auction. I then moved down the street and used my first house as a rental. In 2019 I did 4 flips and 2 wholesales. My goals for 2020 are to acquire at least 2 more rentals and do at least 10 house flips.
