Hi everyone, my wife and I have decided to take the leap into real estate investing. We are focusing on buy and hold, multi family rentals. Currently I am active duty, Air Force while my wife finishes up her degree in communications. We decided we want to spend more time with our children in the future and not waste our lives away working jobs that do not align with our goals. Real estate investing would give us that freedom to live life to the fullest and leave something behind for our family.
