I am a teacher and coach in the Ogden area. I love my job and the great impact that I can have with the kids in my area. For the past five years I have rented out room in my house as well as my mother-in-law apartment and have had poor experiences as well as great experiences. I credit the great experiences to reading Brandon Turner's books on how to manage rental properties. It was as if he was watching my every mistake and then telling me about it in his book. Thanks Brandon. I am always looking to buy more places to get myself that much closer to financial freedom.
