Our Story: In the early 2000s we (Heidi and Tyler) had 3 units, but my "real job" became too demanding, and with three units, there was not enough income to go full time REI. Of course, looking back - what were we thinking? The units were in C & D areas, but were income producing. We made the decision to get out of the market then. Fast-forward to present, we are now actively looking for more opportunities to grow our investment portfolio. We have 18 units at this time. We are also looking for a small apartment complex. Experience: 20 units over many years. Three buy & hold units (single family and a duplex) in the early 2000s. We currently have 18 units (SFH, Multi and a Condo) and are steadily growing our business. Real Estate Goals: At this point, growing the business to a point where we can both be full time investors - and then retire on our terms. Currently Seeking: Small Apartment Complexes, multi-family homes and single family. We invest in cash-flowing properties in B and C areas. We also are always looking for private investors who want great returns for the long term - backed by real estate.
