Real Estate Investment Focus I specialize in multifamily commercial real estate across two core lanes: wholesaling and underwriting. On the wholesaling side, I locate small multifamily properties (5–10 units) nationwide and connect them with my network of buyers looking for value-add and cash-flowing acquisitions. On the underwriting side, I work with operator teams on larger multifamily apartment deals (15+ units), building out the financial analysis and underwriting models operators use to bring syndicated investment opportunities to their investors. Together, this gives me a working knowledge of multifamily deals across the full spectrum — from small, off-market wholesale opportunities to institutional-scale syndications.
