Thanks for taking the time. I'm a green pea to real estate looking to buy and hold in the long run but need to start where I am. I hear wholesaling is a great place to start and I am all hands on deck, putting pen to pad to learn, make unwanted mistakes and rebound from it to score in the wonderful world of real estate!!
