Tyrus Murguia

Hello everyone! My name is Tyrus and I am an aspiring Wholesaler/Real estate investor based in Southern California. I’m currently focused on Wholesaling and also building strong relationships with anyone in the real estate game! Whether it’s house flippers, investors, owners, mentors in the industry, I am willing and excited to learn from anyone. I’m passionate about real estate not only because of the financial upside but also because I love the complexity and the challenge. While I was reading Brandon Turner’s “Rental Property Investing” book I knew the BiggerPockets app would help me tremendously. I’m eager to not only learn from everyone I can but to also to add value to whoever could use my assistance. However I can help, I am more than happy to assist. My goal is to start with Wholesaling then branching out with rental properties that will build long term wealth. I have been learning through books, videos, mentors, and cold calling to further my understanding of the world of real estate. Can’t wait to grow and build strong, valuable connections with everyone!
