Uriel Castro

As a real estate veteran of ten years, Mr. Castro knows that every home or land purchase is unique, with its own complexity and process, and he thrives on that excitement. His expertise and desire to create homes from nothing has led him to specialize in land entitlement and development. As a 23 year Austinite, he dedicates himself to meeting the housing needs of our community. Prior to meeting with a Client/Seller/investor, Mr. Castro envisions every endeavor clearly and precisely; he knows exactly what needs to be done. Whether it is raising capital or structuring a project, Mr. Castro employs a hands on approach to ensure that all aspects are expertly accomplished. When he isn’t building the Austin area community, Mr. Castro gives back to it through his volunteer work with Austin Sunshine Camps, coaching youth soccer, and inspiring other entrepreneurs as a founder of (the real estate Networking group)The Cash Flow Party. Mr. Castro (GRI, SRS) is Founder/President of World Slice Realty, LLC; Founder/President of Castro Family Landscaping, LLC; and he continues to work closely with RealStarter, a real estate crowdfunding company.
