I own three multifamily properties (8 units) in Augusta, Maine but I consider myself more of a property manager than an investor. I don't say this as a positive. I just can't seem to find the right general contractors that I need and that I can trust to turn over repairs and improvements to. Another frustration is that I'm sitting on capital but have been consistently outbid on every multifamily that sells for 20% higher than what would get me to Net Zero Cashflow. Not complaining, just hoping to find others that either share my frustrations or can help shed light on possible solutions.
