I am a real estate investor, real estate agent, and software engineer. I firmly believe that real estate can be a great wealth building strategy. I love to travel and have been fortunate to visit many countries. I love the outdoors (hiking, camping, nature photography, snow skiing). I have a supportive wife (as long as she doesn't have to deal with tenants) and four kids. Experience: I purchased my first rental property, a duplex, in 1999. Got my Real Estate license in 2000. I've purchased a total of eight investment properties myself, and sold two of them. I completed my first flip in 2014 which I owner financed. I own properties in several different Utah counties. Real Estate Goals: Replace my salary with passive income from investment properties before I reach 50 & get out of the rat race. Currently Seeking: I have money to invest, so I just need to find some good properties and/or partnerships.
