Navy Veteran. Somewhat new in real estate and investing. Very interested in learning everything I can about both subjects. I am very motivated to boost my portfolio this year & start buying assets that work for me while I sleep. I currently own 2 properties; 2-2 condo on Oahu, Hawaii, currently rented out long-term to Military folks. My 2nd property is in CO & I will be utilizing the house hacking method, renting 2 or 3 of the 4 BR to traveling nurses/health care professionals or teachers. I plan to buy at least one more property this year (2023). I have an excellent W2 job and want to make this money work as hard as possible. Because I plan to retire from my W2 by 2030. I am very open to learn anything I can about real estate investing, open to meet, open to listen, open to joining master-mind groups, open to pay for good services that help educate me into my real estate and investing career.
