Hello! I am looking to become a successful real estate investor. I am interested in buy & hold mostly. Other strategies interest me once I become more knowledgeable. I own a rental in Reno, NV which is under property management. All is going well so far with this. I purchased a fixer upper in Redding, CA. Love the home & neighborhood but it might have been a bad move financially for my DIY skill set. I am looking forward to learning a LOT from this community as well as contributing when & wherever I can. I've scouted properties for one investor & have purchased 2 on auction. Currently I'm looking for my next buy & hold.
