I'm very new to real estate investing. Planning to purchase my second property after buying a townhome in Schaumburg. My husband and I are looking to purchase income property. We are looking to find business partners to assist us. I've worked as a Real Estate Assistant for an affordable housing developer. Worked as a Property Administrator for Sears, Roebuck and Company (Currently, Transformco). Took investment courses, workshops and listened to podcasts.
