Vanessa Peters

I help busy professionals invest in conservative, income producing passive commercial real estate through my business VMD Investing. I live and work in Escondido, CA, I am a Family Physician and have a busy practice here since 2002. I have always loved real estate and have been investing since 2008 in single family home and commercial syndication. I am focusing on investing and raising equity for 3 solid niches - large apartment complexes 250+, mobile home parks, and self storage facilities. These investments available to accredited investors have solid returns. Our team targets deals with at least: • 8% cash-on-cash annual return, typically paid monthly • 16% - 22% IRR (internal rate of return) with a 2x equity multiple; effectively doubling your money over a 5-year hold period. www.vmdinvesting.com [email protected] Bio: Bio: Vanessa Peters, founder of VMD Investing has been investing in real estate for 10 years in single family homes, commercial retail,  apartment communities, self storage and manufactured home parks.
