About myself
I have flipped properties and also owned rental properties since 1998. In 2012 I ventured into multi-family and commercial property. Currently (2024) working on some development projects of mixed use buildings (a hospital, a school, and an office building) into multi-family. I'd love to connect with lenders/ other investors/ wholesalers/ etc. I have been a Licensed Realtor since 1998, w/ a B.A. in Marketing/ Management.
