I love real estate! I am looking for new home buyers and folks interested in getting started in real estate investing. You know how difficult it can be to buy your first home in a competitive and expensive market. Well I work with you on creative solutions to make that first purchase become a reality! I started in 2008 with my first purchase of a rental property while working as an elementary school teacher. I had no idea what I was doing, but fell in love with the wealth building possibilities of real estate. Here we are a decade later and with the help of Bigger Pockets my husband and I are long term buy and hold investors with multi family and single family homes. We have used many strategies to creatively build our portfolio in an expensive market with teacher salaries: Live in flip, AirBnb, BRRRR, self-managing, and House Hacking (we rent out the basement of our primary home!). Through real estate investing, I have left my teaching job and am now so excited to be working with others who want to get into real estate whether through investment properties or purchasing their first home. I also love working with people who are looking to scale up to their second home and keep their first home as a rental. I have many years of property management experience and am always happy to help provide guidance whether you want to self manage or hire a property manager.
