Vaughn Lewis

I am from the Baltimore area where I live with my wife, Mai. After retiring from the Maryland Department of Transportation, where I was a Regional Planner, I established Sustainable Communities LLC, a real estate investment firm focusing in emerging and transitioning neighborhoods in central Maryland. My background in transportation and commuity planning fueled my passion for promoting walkable and bike friendly streets and "Main Street" communities. Thus, our investment strategy is to focus in areas that have these basic, quality of life elements in place.
