I own a single family home in Scottsdale, AZ that is tenant occupied and currently have a second single family home on the market in Las Cruces, New Mexico that was previously tenant occupied. I currently reside in Washington, DC and I’m looking to buy multi-family properties in Phoenix, AZ and/or New Orleans, Louisiana.
