Hello I'm Vayna, a young entrepreneur passionate about real estate! Practically born and raised in the real estate industry, I am a second-generation real estate agent and I pride myself on making my clients a top priority. I learned the business growing up from my father Michael J, who is one of the most trusted real estate advisors in the Western Washington real estate market. With expertise in residential, commercial, and investment sales, I'm active in the entire Greater Seattle Area full-time. From when I first started in real estate, my mission has been to approach each new client with the belief that they deserve a better real estate experience than they've ever had before, and that every expectation gets surpassed. My team and I fix and flip several properties a year, finding deals by intense prospecting (door knocking, cold calling, social media, and more). I personally am interested in continuing flips and adding rental properties to my portfolio, for high returns and regular cashflow.
