I retired as a Captain with the Virginia Beach Fire Department in December of 2017 after 30 years of service. Prior to my retirement, I started working on my real estate license in Virginia which became active in January 2018. I have been interested in real estate investing for quite some time , probably as a result of my dad being an investor.
