About myself
I'm looking to fix and flip in the So California area, using the proceeds for my ultimate goal of obtaining as many buy and hold SFR and/or Apts to solidify my family's future. Experience: 2 SFR rentals taken Real Estate license course but not the test. Real Estate Goals: Goal 1: 50 doors under excellent management - so I can spend time with my wife and kids. Goal 2: Fix/Flip 10/year Goal 3: Make long lasting friends on BP Currently Seeking: looking: -- to create local friendships/network, advice, opportunities, etc... -- for SFR to rehab and either flip or hold -- for wholesalers with excellent deals -- for partnerships on fix/flips
