Hi Everyone! My name is VeLora, and I'm currently based in Orem, Utah. I am stay at home mother who has a degree in mathematics and a passion for learning. My husband (Emerick) and I have recently decided to relocate to Florida to begin our real estate investment journey. We love working as a team and we first became interested in real estate because we want to reach out goal to have financial freedom within the next 10 years so that we might be able dedicate more of our time to service and volunteer work . We are currently focused on our first step of finding a multifamily property that would enable us to house hack. We plan to build capital one property at a time in order to expand into larger multifamily properties. Outside of real estate, we enjoy volunteering with our local church, taking bike rides as a family, and reaching personal goals at the gym. I’m here on BiggerPockets to find and use resources to start our investment journey on the right foot! We hope that we can soon be able to contribute and help others on BP as well! If you’re working within Lakeland and know the area well, or just want to network, feel free to reach out — We’d love to connect!
