Vern Hixon

I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and now reside in Appleton, WI. I've been interested in real estate since I was I high school and purchased my first duplex in 2010. My wife and I now own two rental properties 50/50 with my Dad, two properties completely on our own, and five properties with two other couples (33% ownership in a RE holding company). We are always looking to expand. Our primary foot print is the Green Bay/Appleton area of WI, but we would explore branching out of the right deal came our way. We are primarily interested in multi-family properties, but our eyes and ears are always open 😉.
