I am a real estate agent and investor in the Colorado Springs area. I work with all kinds of buyers and sellers, but specialize in helping investors navigate our hot market. As an Army veteran and current military spouse, I am passionate about educating our military community on the benefits of real estate investing using the VA Home Loan. As investors, my husband (Lindsey) and I focus on buy and holds in the Colorado Springs area and have recently expanded to out-of-state investing in Pennsylvania. We have 10 doors in Colorado Springs and purchased 5 of them using the VA home loan with no money down and house hacked every one. Our current projects include a live-in (long-term) flip, and the conversion of a duplex we bought in July with creative financing into a 5-unit. Besides real estate, I am passionate about health and fitness and learning all I can about real estate sales and investing. In my free time you can find me either climbing up a mountain with my husband and dog, or snowboarding down one in the winter.
