About myself
My personal goal this year is to purchase a Multi-unit by the beach and live in 1, rent out the others. I am Loan Consultant and Renovation Specialist. Our renovation financing is for Veterans, Investors and homeowners. We appraise the property on the "after repairs" value and then roll upgrades into the 1st mortgage. I also educate about energy efficient improvements. I enjoy helping clients build a plan to purchase and renovate multiple properties.
