I was a mortgage loan officer and a commercial loan broker and have done both residential and commercial real estate deals. My last large project a $25,000,000 hotel ( Fairfield Inn by Marriott and a 50 unit timeshare in North Las Vegas by the Nascar Speedway that was never realized. Due diligence and a feasibility study proved it to be not build-able due to the Cities inability to take on more Sewage. It was a tremendous experience and learned much from it. I am now full time in the business of buying and selling property. Am looking for deal sourcing tips, software that may help and funding.
