I'm a bit of a late bloomer investor who's always been interested, but never thought I could do it. Work, family and other stock market investments had always taken the priority. However recently I've shifted my mindset and decided I was ready to shift a lot of my focus to making real estate investing work. I've got a duplex in my local market which is doing well--primarily due to market appreciation. I'm focused on building my portfolio with some cash flow positive multiunit properties in out of state markets. I'm currently focused in on Phoenix and excited to get to know a beautiful city as though it were my own neighborhood.
