Howdy! Haven't done my first deal, yet. Filed a bankruptcy may of 2019 preventing me from going solo, and am looking to have my first 4-plex up (with my VA Loan) and running no later than the end of this year! I know enough to get by with regards to real estate investing. I'm certainly no expert. However, I believe that it's a proper attitude that will get things done. Not knowledge. Message me! Coffee/lunch/etc. is on me! Wherever you wanna go!
