I’m based in Budapest, Hungary and work in the local real estate space with a focus on rental properties and long-term investment strategies. My primary interest lies in analyzing residential buy-to-let opportunities in Budapest, particularly in areas with strong rental demand from young professionals and the international expat community. I’m especially interested in how international investors can diversify geographically while maintaining income-producing assets in stable European markets.
