I'm a software engineer who is also interest in learning real estate tips and tricks. Personally, what have I done so far? Own 1 house and 2 rental properties. As a partner, what can I bring to the table? - Very good at finding great deals across the internet when I have a specific target. - Very good at process automating. E.g: automatically sending reports, deal alerts, ads. - Have cash reserve that I can quickly chime in if there is a good opportunity.
